Together with Frédéric Flageat-Simon, Alexander van Rijsbergen, the founder of Centurion has established a hotel management firm named Perim Hotels & Living. Frédéric, CEO of Perim, is a seasoned hotelier, known for his role as the co-founder and driving force behind Alila Hotels & Resorts, as well as serving as the former global head of Lifestyle at Hyatt.

 

Alexander is in charge of the real estate development of the Perim properties. Perim Hotels & Living is currently developing a number of projects across Asia and Europe, all centered around the ultra-luxury lifestyle segment.
